Specialist Anaesthetist at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Castlecrag Private Hospital, Hunters Hill Private Hospital, the Mater Hospital and Strathfield Private Hospital, with special interests in anaesthesia for thoracic surgery, cardiac surgery, cardiology procedures, orthopaedic surgery and ear-nose-throat surgery, as well as medical management of cardiopulmonary bypass perfusion. Other activities include provision and training of anaesthesia in developing countries, and he has been Federal Secretary of the Australian Society of Anaesthetists.
